How should I store them when they land?
+It is best to store them in a cool dry place and let them remain in their individual wrapping until you plan to enjoy them. Optionally, you may heat the cookie in a microwave oven for 15 seconds to soften it some.
Can I send a box as a gift?
+Yes! As long as your recipient resides in Florida we are happy to arrange this delivery.
What if my box arrives damaged or melted?
+If this happens, please contact us on the Contact page and we will make this right for you.
Are they made in a facility with nuts? What other allergens should I be aware of?
+Every recipe lists its known allergens on the product page — read them before you order. That said, we bake all of our cookies in a single shared kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other common allergens. Ingredients and suppliers can also change without notice. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any cookie is free from any allergen, and cross-contact is always possible even in recipes that don't list a given ingredient.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
+We currently only ship within the state of Florida, as we operate under the Florida Cottage Food Law.
How fast will my box arrive?
+We will arrange to have your box delivered within 2-3 days of your order that is made within business hours. Please add a note on your order if you wish to deliver on a specific date.
How long do they stay fresh — and can I freeze them?
+Cookies not consumed within a day or two of arrival should be frozen.
